Cozumel

Considering we are about to head on another vacation in a month AND we've already had another vacation AFTER Cozumel...I would say it was about time for me to post some pics! I am a little behind, well A LOT, but here are our pics from Cozumel. We went down there over fall break last year for our first scuba trip together. It was my first time to scuba in the ocean, I had done snorkeling before but it was so much harder than scuba diving. Snorkeling took a lot of effort, scuba diving as long as you knew what you were doing was effortless. We did six different drift dives (two a day). The boat dropped us off on spectacular reefs and we drifted along with the current for a few miles and they picked us back up where we ended up. We could see things up to 100 feet away, and once we were under the water just felt like another world! The pictures we took underwater don't do the reef much justice, so I will TRY learn how to upload the video. If anyone knows how... make sure to pass on the info on how to do it. We spent most of our time diving, but we also rented a jeep for the day and explored the island, swam with the dolphins, and went into the town of Cozumel one day. Our resort was ALL inclusive and recently rebuilt from a hurricane so it was GORGEOUS and all brand new. We stayed at the "adults only section" and there were waterslides from the balconies down to the main pool and swim up bar. There were 5 restaurants and 4 bars, so we kept plenty busy there. Plus they always had live entertainment and comedy shows at night. It will be hard for me to post all the great pics, so if you have facebook then all my pics are on that page. Sorry it took awhile!
